PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

DECEMBER 10TH - Initial deposit of $150 will be paid during registration via SportsConnect system as communicated separately via email from the club.

REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT OPTIONS

 1.  PAY IN FULL by one of the following dates:

BY JANUARY 15TH 2024 -  $900 Via PayPal including deposit = $1050   

BY MARCH 15TH 2024    -  $1050 Via PayPal including deposit = $1200

2. INSTALLMENTS

BY JANUARY 15TH 2024- $450  - Via PayPal  or by check

BY FEBRUAY 15TH 2024- $450  -  Via PayPal  or by check

BY MARCH 15TH  2024   - $150  -  Via PayPal  or by check

*Above fee's include winter/spring Trainer costs, indoor facility costs, practice shirts for new players, spring league fees, roster admin , referee fees, but do not include Tournament  or winter league fee's, or new uniform fees as noted above.  Additional Tournament & League fee's will be advised per tournament. Typically 1 winter league ($75-100), 1 winter / spring tournament ($75-100) each.  Refund Policy after January 1 will include prorated participation plus other possible fee's :Transaction Processing fee's of $40 + Spring Registration $20 + Player Insurance $20 + Indoor Facility $20 + Practice Jersey fee $30 + Other indoor League Registration fees $20 + Tournament Registration fee's as applicable
